Each card should list its condition, set, rarity, and identifying details before purchase. If something arrives materially different from the listing, contact Rare Pulls with order details and photos.

• Customers should contact the shop before sending anything back.
• Return eligibility, timelines, and shipping responsibility need final legal review before live selling.
• Sealed/protected collector items should be handled carefully and returned in the same condition when a return is approved.
